Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about our custom gaming PCs, ordering process, and after-sales support.
How long does it take to build a custom PC?
Our standard build time is 5–10 working days. For more complex custom builds or liquid cooling configurations, it may take up to 14 days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer warranty on custom PCs?
Yes. All our custom PCs come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects. Additional warranty options are available at checkout.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Absolutely. All our PCs are designed for easy future upgrades. You can add more RAM, storage, or even upgrade your GPU and CPU without voiding your warranty.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we ship to all UK mainland addresses. We use tracked, insured couriers for all PC deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What happens if a component is out of stock?
We'll always suggest a comparable alternative. If no suitable replacement is available, we'll contact you to discuss options before proceeding with your build.
Can I customise the aesthetic of my PC?
Yes. You can choose your case, RGB lighting colours, cable management style, and more through our custom PC builder. If you have specific requests, contact us before ordering.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
We offer Klarna and ClearPay at checkout for interest-free instalments. Select your products and choose Klarna at the payment step.
What quality components do you use?
We use only reputable brands — ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair, Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, and more. Every component is carefully selected for performance, reliability, and value.
How do I track my order?
Once your PC is built and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Can I return my custom PC?
As all our PCs are built to your exact specifications, we're unable to accept returns for custom builds unless there is a fault covered by warranty. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
