Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

All custom gaming PCs from Smashit-it come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty as standard. This covers any manufacturing defects, faulty components, or build-related issues.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in components
• Faulty workmanship or build errors
• Failed RAM or storage devices supplied by us
• GPU and motherboard failures under normal use
• Power supply failures (provided we supplied the unit)

What's NOT Covered

• Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid spills, etc.)
• Damage from overclocking or misuse
• Software issues, viruses, or operating system reinstalls
• Normal wear and tear (fan noise, thermal paste drying out, etc.)
• Third-party modifications or repairs by non-authorised parties

Warranty Process

1. Contact us at service@smashitit.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We'll diagnose the problem remotely where possible.
3. If a repair or replacement is needed, we'll arrange a free collection.
4. We'll repair or replace the faulty component and return your PC within 5–7 working days.

Extended Warranty

Need longer coverage? We offer extended warranty packages up to 3 years at checkout. This gives you peace of mind beyond the standard 2-year period, including priority support and on-site service for critical failures.

Register Your Warranty

Your warranty is automatically registered when you purchase. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. For any warranty-related questions, contact our support team.
