Returns Policy

Custom Built PCs

Due to the nature of custom-built-to-order PCs, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on systems that have been built to your specific specifications unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Before your build begins, you'll receive a final specification sheet to confirm everything is correct. Please review this carefully.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your PC arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free collection, repair, or replacement.

All warranty claims are handled separately through our Warranty Policy.

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind before your build has started, contact us as soon as possible. If your build hasn't begun, we can offer a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

Once a build has started, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

Components & Accessories

Individual components and accessories (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at service@smashitit.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 working day with next steps.
